General Shipping Information:

We ship everything from Germany. 

 

Mail Club related items:

To keep shipping costs affordable, envelopes are sent out untracked.

International letters may take 2-4 weeks depending on your country.

International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Delayed Mail

Delivery times are estimates only, depending on the international postal services the mail might take longer. Therefore i can't guarantee delivery dates. If you believe your Order has been lost on the way, please contact me via email softspinehq@gmail.com
